Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship exclusively within Ivory Coast.

Orders Within Abidjan

• A flat delivery fee of 2,000CFA is charged for all deliveries within Abidjan.
• Payment is made upon delivery.

Orders Outside Abidjan

• All orders outside Abidjan must be paid in advance.
• Shipping fees for these orders are calculated based on order value and will be communicated prior to dispatch.
