Cancellations

At iPokret, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Orders are processed immediately. Please verify that your cart, shipping address, and other order details are correct before checking out. We cannot guarantee orders can be changed or canceled if they have already been processed.

If necessary to change your order, email us at ipokret@ipokret.com as soon as possible. Orders are often processed within one business day of receipt. Make sure you have your order number ready.

Returns

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 3 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for returns, returned items must be in unused condition with all original accessories and the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. On Sale products are not returnable unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was received.

If more than 3 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

Please note items that do not meet these requirements will be rejected.
